U.S. Data

FedStats is the place to start for government data. It is a portal to data collected and distributed by all U.S. govt. agencies.

ERS Ag data.
     Feed grains dbase. Data on corn, grain sorghum, barley, oats, rye, millet, mixed grains, hay, and others.
     Wheat data.

ERS Food Availability (consumption) data. 100 years of data on food availability in the U.S.

IPUMS Census Microdata
